- New, unopened items including closeout yarn may be returned within 90 days of purchase except for books, magazines, DVDs, gift cards, egift cards or patterns which are not returnable.
- All other sale items are not returnable.
- Discount adjustments will be made on the refund if the part of the order not returned falls below the discount level.
- Returns made in our retail store in Northampton, MA can only receive store credit.
- For a refund, returns need to be shipped to the retail store in Northampton, MA. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds for regular returns are for the returned merchandise only, and will not include the initial shipping cost for the order.
- Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment.
You'll need a return authorisation code which you can obtain by filling out this form: I'd like to return my order. The code will then be emailed to you.
Please include a note with your name, authorisation code and order number inside your returns parcel so we know who to refund. Orders without an authorisation code may take longer to process and delay your refund

All of our Knitterās Pride products are backed by a one-year replacement policy. If you have an issue with a Knitter's Pride product you've purchased from Yarn.com, contact Customer Service to get a replacement.
Please note: any item(s) sent to us as a return that was not purchased from us can be mailed back to you, or out to the intended destination, at your cost.
In the event that we receive this type of return, we will reach out to you regarding your options, and will follow up after a week if we receive no response.
If we do not receive a response 2 weeks from our follow up contact, the item(s) in question will be donated or discarded.
