The Neckband section before Row 1 has been updated to read:
With the last hanging stitch from the bind off counting as your first stitch, pick up and knit 32 (34, 36, 38, 40, 42) sts down left front neck edge, PM, pick up and knit 32 (34, 36, 38, 40, 42) sts up the right front neck edge, pick up and knit 26 (28, 28, 30, 30, 32) sts along back neck, for a total of 90 (96, 100, 106, 110, 116) sts total.
