The chart has been updated to include both set-up rows and the written instructions have not been changed.
Rows 12 and 14 of Cable Stitch Guide has been updated to read:
Row 14: P8, k2, p4, *p4, [k2, p2] 3 times, k2, p8, k2, p4; rep from * to last 8 sts, p4, k2, p2.
Row 18: P2, k2, p10, *[k2, p2] 5 times, k2, p10; rep from * to last 8 sts, [k2, p2] twice.
The Cable chart remains unchanged.
